Weight Loss and Fat Loss Program Review
2 years ago I was looking for a way to shed a couple of pounds and slim down, so I started looking on-line for a weight loss program that could accommodate my busy schedule.  I found dozens of products out there claiming to be the best product for losing weight, burning fat, getting a flat stomach, or getting six pack abs, but I was having a hard time believing the heavy sales pitches that I was reading. What I really wanted to see was an unbiased review of the products to see what real people, who actually used the products had to say. Since I couldn't find what I was looking for, I decided to create my own review site.

- I am not endorsing any specific product
- There are no mailing lists to join
- I am not giving anything away
- I don't have a fitness book to sell

I am just providing reviews of each of products that you see advertised all over the internet. These are honest reviews, from real people that have actually used the products. Each review captures the IP address of the reviewer to help keep the responses genuine.

All of these programs offer their own unique methods for losing weight and burning fat. A++++. Craig did a great job with this e-book. Easy to follow, great illustrations, and programs are killer! I was able to reduce my workouts to under an hour and cut back to 3 days a week, and still get a great workout. I would highly recommend Turbulence Training.

Workout programs were pretty good, but I was hoping for something different. Can definitely help with if you are looking to build muscle, but you will certainly need a gym for the workouts.

Hey How are all you people? I have a question thats been bugging me for a long time.. What is acai berry? I keep seeing commercials on tv and advertisements on the web so im finally starting to get curious. I guess its some fruit that is very healthy for you and your skin? I have been working out for about two and a half years but I just couldn't lose the last 10 pounds of body fat I wanted to lose. I started taking your advice recently and eventually lost those extra 10 pounds of fat I wanted to lose! I did it your way which to me is the smart way. I wasn't looking to get buff, but I had an extra 10 lbs. to lose. I bought Mike's book because I needed a routine that I could use while I was traveling for work that didn't require weights. I liked the different variations this book provided for each routine- with weights and without. It has been a couple of months, and I successfully lost the 10 lbs. I wanted to and have been keeping them off!

Hi Mike. Just wanted to let you know, your interval and weight training methods in your e-book are working perfect! Before i got your e-book, i could see my six pack abs a little bit. After a few weeks on your workouts, i can now see lines on the side of my stomach and my abs appearing even more visibly. I still have a little fat, but not much at all. Thanks!

The workout programs are great, but Mike's book is worth it just for Chapter 4, the overview of diet requirements. I thought I was pretty knowledgable about diets and how to eat, but he takes it to the next level. He talks about fad diets, blood sugar levels, boosting metabolism the safe way, and what helped me the most.... the problems with the foods I was eating. Highly recommended if you are looking for a healthier workout and diet program.

I am a former college athlete that let himself go. I tried Vince's program on the referral of a friend and couldn't be happier. I was able to drop 16 lbs. and drop my body fat down to 10%. Not quite back to playing shape, but getting there.
