I thought I was pretty knowledgable about diets and how to eat, but he takes it to the next level. He talks about fad diets, blood sugar levels, boosting metabolism the safe way, and what helped me the most.... the problems with the foods I was eating. Highly recommended if you are looking for a healthier workout and diet program.
